RCFI has constructed four village level drinking water schemes benefiting 384 HHs. All of them constructed in very poor hamlets where people live in crowd and did not have access to clean water. A total of 16 schemes are running now. The total HHs coverage under this activity is 1536. It is estimated that 7680 people are getting benefit from the same. All of the community drinking water schemes are installed with the individual outlets.

Once the application received, the programme staffs used to verify the details provided by the family or students. After identify the potential candidate, the organization try to adopt the student through various foundations or individual donor. The fellowship cover education, health and living cost of the students. Normally every students gets the stipend till 18 years. RCFI conduct several programmes for the students on a regular basis on deferent topics which includes interactions with professionals, physiologists and other related peoples. The organization provides motivational sessions, career guidance, personality development, sessions for guardians of the children and other related topics. RCFI also give individual counselling for the identified students if they are in need of the same. One of another area the organization look at under this programme is linking the students to the mainstream educational institutions.
